Apparently the new sims game has a lot of flaws. Here's what I heard:

- It will use SecuRom, which is a software that installs onto your computer with no way of getting rid of it, and stops you from burning cds and doing things like that

- When you play a family, your other families will play by themselves. They can get married, age, etc. without your knowledge or approval

- Your sim''s needs aren't shown, and you only know that they're tired, or hungry, when a pop up box comes up with that

- You can't build houses the same way

- You can't build your own neighbourhood

After hearing that I'll definitely be sticking to the sims 2
Hopefully EA won't make those changes

Wow, I did not know all that. Now I know not to get TS3. I think EA is really going off the deep end trying to make it "innovative" and "exciting". The worst has to be the SecuRom thing. Now that's just creepy.

I feel the lack of control and and no building neighborhoods in on par with the SecuRom thing.

Not buying Sims 3. >Sad

While everything else seems terrible, I'd probably like to see how the "neighborhood aging / no control" thing goes, but only if it's optional. But I know now that I'm not buying this game.
